when i m installing application from the play store, in my phone the software is updated is displaying on a screen and my phone is switched off and after then i have to switch on the mobile ,the mobile has been locked it show me entering a password into it....
so, please help me how i open the lock of my phone.

I'm gonna begin to guess your issue is over storage data. It's like your phones brain has too much to think about. Try deleting some non essential apps
