Looks like the battery might be swelling, be on the lookout if you decide to open it up for a swollen package in the middle of the case.

My Samsung tablet is lifted on the corners and home button. Will not stay down when pressing. It turns on but is stuck on a message about google?? Would battery replacement fix this?

It could be the battery swelling up which is bad because it can lead to explosion and more problems.

Thank you for the images. This could be the screen requiring replacement but it may also be the case starting to bend. Lay the Galaxy on a straight surface. If it is bowed in the center, it is bend. If it is not, it is your display needing replacement

Not bowed in center only where the home button is, it is bowed only there.
