The earpice is one module, you could open the phone from the backside. Not 100% sure but quite sure. :)

How have you proved that it is the receiver that is faulty?
Have you tried the earphones with the microphone attachment to verify that you can hear the caller OK?
Have you tried the phone in "loudspeaker" mode to verify that you can hear the caller OK?
