THe zipper of my wheeled roller bag (another brand than the one in the pic, but similar type) is broken. Is it possible to fix it or replace it? The trolley is made out of stiff material and cannot be put under the sewing machine.

You asked this months ago, but I'll answer anyway. When my suitcase zipper broke I took it to a local shoe repair shop and they fixed the zipper for me. Take it in to the shop and they will tell you if they are able to fix it or not.

Support your local Cobbler. They have the heavy duty sewing machines to do all sorts of luggage, leather, motorcycle clothing, etc repair.
