Will not start up
My 1997 Pontiac Bonneville will not start turn the key and nothing. Check to see that it is in park and is. Battery is fine. The security device is not a problem.

Check the terminals themselves, sometimes they may be loose and not gripping the posts. Also try cleaning the posts up just in case if any corrosion is causing the terminals to not contact correctly.
