1 It not powering up
The cord lights up when I plug it in but when I plug it into the laptop the light goes off on the cord and no lights come on on the laptop

# Turn off the computer and remove the power cord.
# Remove two screws holding a panel on back in place.
# Next to the memory card you will see a switch which you need to turn to the OFF position
# Reboot your computer
Once the operating system boots correctly...
# Turn off the computer and remove the power cord.
# Remove two screws holding a panel on the back cover.
# Next to the memory card you will see a switch which you need to turn to the ON position
# Reboot your computer
The error has been cleared and your system should work properly.
