Yes, it is.
In fact, IFIXIT has the replacement procedure/guide that you can review here, but I do not see a replacement battery product available.
Not to worry tho, you can do a quick online search for the Ellipsis 7 battery and find it readily available inexpensively.
It's an easy fix to change the battery.
