Left ear side not working!
It only works when i twist the cord. I disassembled the left ear but there are no loose wires.

Sounds like the wire is broken inside the cable and thus you have a loose contact. There are really only two options to fix this:
- find the approximate location of the broken wire, cut it out and mend the resulting two ends together
- replace the whole cable altogether

Continuity test from speaker to jack to find the break, or as mentioned, replace the whole harness.
Also the left ear will work if i twist the jack
