Doable, but only know of some people that do it in China. They use a naviplus pro 300 to reprogram the larger nand chip which they replace the old one with.

From what I know this is not possible without getting a upgrade from apple which means getting a new phone. Unless you plan to go to japan or china which ever place has iphone technicians who can do this job lol

No, it is impossible to do an upgrade, memory or storage. These chips are BGA, which means they are soldered, you would need at least a new motherboard, and you would be better off selling your current one and buying another 6s with more storage. Hope that helped!
