pump priming problem question
After machine is warmed up for 6 minutes, I open the steam valve and turn on both steam and coffee switches, but only steam comes out, no water. Any suggestions?

These smaller machines can only do one thing at a time, either pump water or pump steam not usually both at the same time. It has to do with their boiler and the way it operates. A commercial or dedicated machine will be able to do both at the same time.
