Is there audio coming from the right speaker or none at all?
If there is audio is it noisy, faint, breaking up etc?
If there is no audio (or even if there is) at all coming from the right speaker have you tried listening using the headphones to check if the sound in the headphones is OK,
If the sound in the headphones is OK it may be a faulty speaker or speaker connection in the laptop
