Should the head spin?

The head moves in response to the movement of the mechanism inside the shell. There is a dual magnet assembly on a mast above the circuit and battery/ motor/ charging assembly. When the internals move, the head being connected with attracting magnets moves with it. To answer the question, there are no separate control mechanisms to move the head the way this was constructed.
