copeland9 the chargers are available on ebay.com Batteries for this unit are no longer available but you can try and find replacements based on the manufacturers number on those (let us know what number it is if you need help with that) or you can build one similar to this one Repairing Black and Decker - TS221 Ranger CD2000 Battery
