So I recently moved and just set up my TV again, on the outside the TV looks perfect, no cracks or scratches, but when I turn it on the screen looks fractured with tons of colored lines. I can still see the menu and images 'behind' the cracks. So I'm trying to see if this can be repaired or if I'm screwed and have to buy a new TV.

LCD panel is mechanical broken :(....
Repair is possible - change the panel but costed 85-95% of the total TV cost....
Maybe you come lucky and find on ebay etc same tv with another problem but good lcd....
