Air Conditioning working intermittently

Hello All,

The A/C in my 2006 Acura MDX works intermittently. There are no issues with the blower. All of a sudden between starts it starts blowing hot air, instead of cold air and then goes back to blowing cold air on the next start.

I am wondering if there is a temperature sensor or something else that is malfunctioning occasionally.
