As title, I would be able to open it and unplug/plug the battery. Someone can help me?

I solved in another way, I reached the download mode (weird keys combination neeeded) ^^"
Sounds like software crashed / frozen and needed a reset? Yeah it's volume down + power + home for about 10-15 seconds to hard reset samsung devices.
