When I enter my camera, the front camera only works. I cant also see the button to switch between front and back camera. I cant use my front camera now! please help mee!!! Any kind person please help!

Try the following:
1. Perform a software update on your OS
if that does not work then it sounds like your Back camera needs replaced. Pretty easy fix depending on the type of phone. Normally is just a small camera that plugs into a FPC
