Alan,
1.) Check the fuse
2.) See if you can test the voltage to the blower motor. If you have voltage, you have a bad motor.
3.) Check the blower motor resistor if there is not voltage to the motor.
Either way, check out this PDF on location and diagram for replacement of both parts.
