I replaced the optical drive. The new drive does the same thing the old drive did. CD goes in, I can hear the drive trying to read the cd 4-5 times, rejects all cd in 1 min.

Are you using the right type of discs? My van will do this if I insert an mp3 cd into the CD player (the radio doesn't support them). What type of optical drive did you put in and what type of CD are you trying to use? To me, it sounds like the optical drive/OS see's the cd, but doesn't know what to do with it, if that makes sense.

my sony dvd player DVP-F25 always reject discs now and then and after two or three days it play again the same discs, what should be the solution?
