disk holder circular part
the little circular piece that holds the disk on the disk drive is missing, can just the little circular piece be replaced?

Very unlikely you could get such a spare part. Your best bet might be to put a watch on eBay for one of the same model offered as “spares or repair” but with a different problem. There’s then a fighting chance you could cannibalise it for the part you need. However, you’d probably need to swap the entire DVD drive and a faulty drive may well be the commonest fault on dead or broken ones on eBay.
