Computer only loads boot manager
whenever i turn it on, it goes right into boot manager and i cant seem to get out of it

How far along does it get in the boot process? What shows on the screen during the boot process? What is the last thing to show on the screen?
What do you mean when you say “boot manager”? What is showing on the screen when you are at that point?
