If you are meaning the USB cable, then sure. All USB devices follow a specification but a continuity tester and some soldering may be required.

If your cord has frayed braiding started to show cables or cable is working intermittently, you can always change it, it is even attached with a connector, so if you buy a direct replacement no soldering required, just plug and play, dissasembly is tricky thow…
