the pickup wheel does not move when the printer is calling for another sheet of paper and then the load paper light comes on to load paper?? it appears like a gear is not engaging. How do I open the printer to fix this issue?

I used to work for hp, but been out of that business long enough that I never saw the insides of the Photosmart printers…
you can start here to get hp’s basic instructions… if that video doesn’t help, try looking at a similar problem on a C310a…
