How to remove the cover plate?
Hello,
is there a tool or a trick to remove the cover plate.
It is too slippy to make it rotate counter clockwize by hand.

I had the same problem. I cut a length of duct tape, about 20cm long, cut it down the middle, stuck it crosswise onto the cover plate (taking care not to stick it to anything else) then tugged on the free ends in an anti-clockwise motion while pressing the plate inwards. Success!
