Today my UE Wonderboom suddenly stopped working, however it will not power down. The power light blinks but it will not turn off, pair, or anything else. I tried the factory reset, and it will not work. Can anyone help, please? Thank you!

I just spoke to UE customer service. I had to perform what is considered a “hard reset”. Press the volume up (+), volume down (-), the power button, and the Bluetooth button for about 15 seconds. My speaker is now back to normal. I hope this helps someone who might have the same issue.

Hey, I'm having the same problem. I accidentally charged my wonderboom for10hrs. Now power and Bluetooth lights are ON. Tried reset and hard reset. But still it's not working. When I press volume up (+), volume down (-) and bluetooth button together, the lights go off and again back after releasing.
Exactly same thing has just happened to me, did you resolve it in the end? If so how?! Many thanks!
