I replaced the screen on my K20 and had to use a couple of the ribbon cables from the old display as they did not come on the new ones. I have a feeling that I damaged one but do not know which to inspect further if this is the issue as they all look to be intact

If you have your old screen even if it doesn’t work just put it back in and call your phone. Let me know if it works and I’ll try to help you from there.
