Charging problem with new tablet
My new zeki does not appear to be charging. No blue light or any activity on screen

Try changing cables, charger bricks, and different amperages. (1a vs 2a).
FYI a typical iPhone charger is often 1a, and a few Android chargers are 2a.

What is the model number of the tablet?
What have you tried to do to make it charge, e.g. connect it to a PC and see if it starts to charge, try a different compatible charger or charger cord (if applicable) etc?
