Forgot password - how to factory reset?

I have a Nobis NB7850 S, I haven’t used it in a couple of years so forgot the password and cannot open it. How do I factory reset the device?

On other forums, I’ve seen them recommend holding down the power and volume button at the same time, but mine does not have a volume button.

If you want to reset any device (most likely) you have to go into settings and reset it. But, you can’t get in settings, so………
