Hi I have a question about the driver of the graphics card when I download the driver from HP page gives me a driver released in 2012, When I download it from AMD page gives me driver released in 2015 ,What site do I download from ?

Go with the newer one from AMD.
Always go to AMD or NVIDIA when it come to drivers for graphics cards. They’ll always have the most up to date drivers which are usually the best ones to download.
