Device wont fully charge
I plug in tablet overnight but not fully charged overnight. I turn it on and the battery runs down fast. Also the screen change to coloured lines when battery gets low.

I am certain that your battery is in poor health and will need replacing. You can either take it to a reputable repair shop and have them do the repair, or, it seems simple enough that you could possibly buy the new battery and fit it yourself :)
