USB Port Assembly Card
Where can I buy the charger port assembly board - so much easier to replace that than to solder a micro USB port in place. Geez!

It seems the best option for you is to try and source another ‘damaged’ unit and take parts off that.
I do not see many parts for this phone anywhere.
