I dropped my phone and my screen cracked leaving the bottom half not working. I have replaced the screen (twice) and now it’s dark it is working but you can barely see anything on it I cannot manage to see to increase the brightness. I have managed to do a full software reset to factory using the pc but I cannot seem to get it to brighten. Are there any other hardware components it could be? Thanks in advance

Hey , first of all are you sure you have a fully working screen and did you get it from ebay ? if you didnt get it from there and the screens official you could be having back light issues .

Hi yes both new screens are from eBay and do the same thing but I’ve replaced from eBay before with no issues I’m going to try the old screen back on it and if that does the same I’m presuming it’s going to be backlight issues presumably the fuse? Is this an easy fix do you know? Thanks
