Photosmart printer introduced in 2009. This printer uses a 4 color printhead that is designed to be removed by the end user. This printer is compatible with current and previous generation cartridges. Uses HP 564 series ink cartridges.

Unable to cancel print

After printing a document I can not print another. When I go into active printers I am unable to cancel the document which has just been printed. Have used HP Print and Scan Doctor still the same.

I would uninstall all the HP stuff from the system and reinstall the basic driver from them only. I find all the software bundled with these HP all-in-one printers to be very unreliable and prone to lock up their devices causing them to be unresponsive to the computer.
