How to reset lost PW

cuppa_woman you will have to do a Factory Reset to possibly recover your tablet. Remember that this erases all your data on the tablet.

Press the Power button for 2-3 seconds and select Power Off/ Turn Off. Then press and hold Home and Power buttons at the same time for 10-15 seconds.

You should now see the Recovery menu

Use the Volume Down button to scroll to Wipe data / Factory Reset. Press Power button to select.

Next use the Volume Down button again and select Yes - delete data option. Press Power button to reset.

Once the reset is done select Reboot system now and press Power button to reboot.

This should have reset your tablet to a point where you can set it up again and use it like a new tablet.
