Hi unfortunately because the device being so old it can’t be resolved .

Can vouch for this, I have one and it refuses to connect with my computer and apple won’t even look at it.
@Tsar_ Bomba Yes the Device is over 10 years old so apple wouldn't be able to look at it as they wouldn't have the correct tools or parts for such an old model thanks
