remote will not work
my remote control seems to be locked tv turns on be that is all put new batteries in

Hi,
Can you operate the TV using the controls on the left side of the TV i.e. power on/off, volume up/down and channel up/down?
Remove the batteries from the remote just in case it may interfere with the TV when you try this
