I have an HP Probook with an AMD processor. I switched it on and displays only black blinking screen, and the capslock continues blinking.
Also the fans starts to spin with noise and begins to overheat. The laptop displays nothing on the screen.
Please help me????

On HP laptops, that blinking caps lock light is an error code. It should be blinking in a pattern, where it will blink a certain number of times, pause, and then repeat. Pay attention to that light. How many times does it blink between pauses?

As there are a lot of HP Probook models please verify the full model number of the laptop as shown on the information label on the bottom of the laptop?
Please elaborate on what you mean by a black "blinking" screen?
