Bluetooth no longer works
My headphones turn on and can play sound through a wired connection, but no longer pair using Bluetooth. I have tried resetting the headphones as well as restoring them to factory settings. The headphones no longer enter bluetooth pairing mode and I cannot pair them with devices that were previously known to the headphones. I do not know what else to try.
