There is no way that you can truly bypass them unless your school district has forgotten to lock Crosh (Chromebook command line) and even then it requires you to open the machine. Launch developer mode and basically re-install an OS.
If you need more information read up on https://mrchromebox.tech/ but again this will NOT work unless you are a District Administrator. You just won't be able to launch Crosh.

so there is no way to get rid of restrictions?!?!
if you can't get into developer mode thru settings press esc+refresh and tap the power button then press ctrl+d next press enter then ctrl+d. this does not work on all chromebooks and if you have a lenovo 300e the hard drive is not removable so you can't run linux from a usb stick
