TicWatch Pro not Charging.

I have this problem on at least once a week. I usually wiggle the watch in the cradle to get it to work but when it refuses to charge I have to get a little more involved. I usually just wipe the contacts with my finger but in extreme circumstances I would rub a pencil eraser over the contacts on both the cradle and the watch.
