Hey,
I've dropped it a couple of times, and now the screen doesn't work. How do I fix/replace the screen? The dimensions are 1 inch by 2/3 inch. Everything else works fine, but I have to navigate without the screen.

MSD Secretary sounds like a bad LCD screen. Replacements are getting hard to find but they are still available. Check places like this To work on it I suggest you carefully follow this video

I opened it up using the video you sent me, and the screen's back is cracked. Thank you for all your help!
