My GearFit 2 Pro died. I placed it on the charger and now the screen is black. It still vibrates with notifications. The app says it's connected via Bluetooth but I just can't see anything. Help?

Hi @tellz,
If it has a black screen of death that could mean 2 things:
1) the panel itself is dead
2) the backlight is dead
To test for two, hold a bright flashlight at an extreme angle to see if you find an image.
If you do, replace the panel as this will be the end of the mystery.
If not, then maybe try some kind of diagnostics or you could go straight for replacing the panel.
