Battery Replacement Instructions Question

A lot of battery for cellphones come with the tape preinstalled, I cannot say for sure if you will have tape on yours as it depends where you bought it. IT IS important that the battery remains in place and doesn't, not adhering the battery to the watch will make it wiggle everytime you move your wrist, that can very well damage the battery and make it easily swell, and the cable that connects the battery might rip also. You don't need to bathe the battery in glue or anything, but you do not want it to move around either.
