Factory reboot need original password

I did a factory Reboot. Now the phone, Note 3 asks for my Original Password for Samsung when i activated the Note 3, 10 years ago.

Resetting the password does Not Work.

How do I overcome this issue?

How do I get around this?

I need to Enter the Samsung Password from when i purchsed the phone. The Reset password does Not Work

As stated, the rebooted phone is requesting the iD and Password that was used when I purchased the phone. 10 years ago. Tresetting the password does not work.
