That's a pretty generic question; you'll be much more likely to get a relevant answer if you can include more information, such as,
- What year, engine and transmission do you have?
- When did the rough idle start? Has anything changed with the car around the time the problem started?
- Does it idle rough all the time, or is it different when it's warm or cold?
- Is the check engine light on?
- Have you pulled the OBD-II codes? If so, what did you find?
