Is it possible to replace the keyboard alone, or would I be better off replacing the entire upper case?

Is it difficult to remove the keyboard from the upper case and replace it?

I think you have to replace the full panel with the touchpad as well, as the keyboard is glued with that panel.

It's quite simple 4 screws and one connection tape.
