I tried updating the phone automatically and manually but couldnt. Went to a repair shop in montreal they couldnt do it cause asus rog ohone is unknown device to them. My option is send the item to asus. The problem is that there are no nearby service center in my area

Get the latest Android updates available for you
Open your phone's Settings app.
Near the bottom, tap System. System update.
You'll see your update status. Follow any steps on the screen.
