If your Bostitch Nailer SB-1850BN is jamming frequently, here are a few things you can try:

  1. Clean the nailer: First, make sure the nailer is clean and free of debris. Use a clean, dry cloth to wipe down the nailer and remove any dust or dirt that may be causing the jamming.
  2. Use the correct nails: Make sure you are using the correct size and type of nails for your nailer. Using the wrong type of nails can cause jams.
  3. Adjust the air pressure: If the air pressure is too high or too low, it can cause the nailer to jam. Check the air pressure gauge and adjust it to the manufacturer's recommended level.
  4. Check the driver blade: The driver blade can sometimes get bent or damaged, which can cause the nailer to jam. Check the driver blade for any signs of damage and replace it if necessary.
  5. Lubricate the nailer: Use a high-quality lubricant to oil the nailer regularly. This can help reduce friction and prevent jams.

If you have tried all of the above and are still experiencing frequent jams, it may be a good idea to have your nailer inspected by a professional. A certified technician can diagnose and repair any issues with your nailer to help prevent future jams.
