Also, as with any Nokia repair. Be prepared to kill the screen. Honestly. There is only about 1mm adhered down both sides of the screen. Go any deeper and you dig into the LCD killing it. Believe me, I know, I've done it. Be extremely careful removing it.

Of course, you can also use these images. Instead of a hot plate you can use a heat gun (low settings) or a good hair dryer.
