is this your phone you purchased from a retail store? (not ebay or anything like that)
is it locked to a google account?

@skhumbuzoskhura Software issues aren't really what we deal with here on iFixit. You'll have much better luck searching up something along the lines of, "Huawei FRP bypass" to remove the existing account.
